Expect your shipment to arrive within three to six (3 – 6) business days of our ship date (Europe), within seven to ten (7 -10) business days of our ship date (Rest of the World). We will provide you a tracking number so that you will be able to track your package.

In some countries, customs or import duties may be charged. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot provide an estimate of what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information.

Most orders will ship out within two to three (2-3) business days of ordering. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Once we’re finished preparing your order, you will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped.

Sometimes deliveries can be delayed through reasons beyond our control.

Once an order has left the Paradise Chick office, it is in the care of Hellenic Post and your local postal service. We are not liable for any errors made by these services or for any items damaged during the opening of your parcel.

If you are in need for a return or an exchange, please email info@paradisechick.com or use contact form, stating your name, details, order number and reason for return.

Please insure packing slip is in the package

All returns/exchanges will be granted no later than 15 days from when your shipment is received. All items purchased must be in original condition with original packaging.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

The refund concerns the product value.

All returns will be refunded to the account monies were received from.

No refund allowed for any product after 15 days.

PARADISE CHICK reserves the right to modify these terms/policies.
